We were instructed to undergo three months of industrial training by UiTM. We are given the right to select any company related to our course such as boutiques or workshops operating canting or sewing shops. However, we need to extend the date the set date should be January 31, 2022 to the 7th of February 2022 because of my unavoidable family. At the same time, the company we have chosen is not ready yet. At the beginning of February, we started leaving for our rental home in Kajang despite our workplace in Bangi. The trip to our workplace takes 15 minutes. On February 7, 2022, the three of us were ordered to meet our employer at Starbucks in Bandar Baru Bangi Section 15 near our workplace. We meet to get to know and also to be divided into tasks. My intern colleague Athirah is divided into the task of maintaining a consignment note. Instead, I and Amirah were assigned to keep the 'PM Sales ". The three of us were given a phone to do the assigned tasks. From February 7, 2022 to February 27, 2022 we underwent WFH which is " Work From Home " by doing the assigned work to do as much It is possible to create a design for their next collection of company, maintaining a "PM Sales", consignment noted, we also don't forget to practice and identify what this company sells. In addition, on February 28, 2022, our employer ordered us to leave for Malacca . The three of us obeyed his instructions and moved to our employer's house in Ayer Keroh, Malacca by car since I took the car to the internship to facilitate our business anywhere. In Malacca, we were assigned in the section to manage the stock, Stock stocking, wrapping each parcel for post and consignment note. We try to prepare a lot of tasks in MA SA per day as all these work take two weeks to complete. We are provided with hotel services as our residence. We only expect it to only eat for three days or at least a week but due to the so much work, our employer extends a two -week hotel for two weeks.

 

Unfortunately, the next day on March 1, I fell ill, fever. I thought my fever was just as normal as I had not worked for a long time like every semester I would work. On our first day in Malacca we made a work until late in the afternoon. This time I'm not too late to drive back to the hotel. While waiting to get home, I leaned on Athirah because I felt weak and dizzy. Amirah had to drive to return to the hotel. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the three of us rested and slept. At 11 o'clock, Amirah asked for dinner at McDonalds. I tried my best to get up and get ready to go eat with them. I feel a little relieved to be able to rest and after dinner. Unfortunately, in the middle of the night my fever began to raise the heat. I had to rest at the hotel by taking a few days off even though Amirah and Athirah went to work. I was overwhelmed even though they were tired of working but they did not forget me who was sick by bringing home food but unfortunately I could not even finish every food brought home even the food was delicious. On the third day, as far as I remember, I was just given the opportunity to go to the clinic to check for fever, undergo a covid test and also take blood and medication. My covid test result was negative but my white blood cells were so high that the doctor was very worried and told me to be warded but I refused because there was no one who could take care of me considering my family was far away. I told the doctor to try the medicine given first and also try to drink enough water. I went home and rested at the hotel while not forgetting to take medicine and also wear cool fever. My food remained the same could not be consumed due to lack of appetite. Once almost a week I tried to follow Athirah and Amirah went to work once at our employer's house but I was still unable and lifeless, after their employer and parents saw my condition was so weak then our employer ordered me to return to my village which is Dungun, Terenganu. I decided to go back to Semenyih, my brother's house because it is closer to Melaka. On the other hand, if I return to my village in Terengganu, it is very far for me with my sick and lifeless condition. The next day, Amirah and Athirah sent me to the bus station at the Melaka Terminal. Arriving in Kajang, my brother took me and took care of me while I was sick for two weeks. On March 14, 2022, the office began to open. We were assigned to clean, mop, sweep and so on. We also arrange furniture and hang clothes on stock shelves and for display.

 

Moreover, our employer also held a safe prayer ceremony with the immediate family in conjunction with the opening of the boutique on April 3, 2022. The way of our journey in the boutique we learned a lot and gained experience that is how to handle the boutique, be a sales assistant, a cashier , practice how to use machine cashier and also debit or credit and also serve dear customers. In the boutique we also learned a lot about how to promote the product and produce content for Tiktok and Instagram. Next for the last day, on April 24, 2022, the last day of our internship with this company was accompanied by a farewell ceremony with our employer. The handover session of all facilities such as company phones were handed back. Our employer treated us to a meal and most of us did not expect us to get four hundred ringgit in public money. Unfortunately, before I returned to the village, the duit raya given by our employer disappeared. I only had time to spend only fifty ringgit. So many sad stories of my love and grief. :')
