About
Fab Outlet Hq was first established in 2018 by selling cotton
material fabrics. The company is run by a couple, the named of director
is Encik Mohd Ahassolehin bin Mohd Ahadlin while his partner is Puan
Nur Farah Afiqah Halid who initially worked and graduated as an
Engineer at Technical University of Malaysia, Malacca abbreviated as
UTeM but moved into the world of clothing with MiFabric, Saffyna.Co
and also KBlossom. The beginning of this business was carried out by
collaborating with MiFabric first, in 2021 they just moved without further
collaboration because they want to try to be independent and want to
find their own style. Until now, the business has started to increase its
hard earned revenue to some extent to be able to open its own boutique
in Bandar Baru Bangi Section 15 on April 3, 2022. While the boutique is
still under construction, all tasks are completed in the office located just
next door besides boutique Fab Outlet Hq. The name of business is Fab
Outlet while the company name is Sol Farah Empire. Furthermore, Fab Outlet started selling cotton fabrics in 2018. They buy wholesale from China and sell it. In 2021, they began to focus on selling "printed" design baju kurung. In addition, the Fab Outlet boutique started operating on April 3, 2022. During the effort until the boutique is completed, Fab Outlet sells a Printed collection whose material is chiffon from China and sells it with its own design and sewing products.
Material
Fab Outlet is a modern brand which aims to provide the best quality material which is Chiffon for all muslimah with creative and modern design. Enhancing the FABulous in you!
The advance of choosing chiffon is the texture is light, thin and transparent, and the hands feel soft and flexible.
Moreover, the material is elegant and comfortable, the upper body is finished, which is both elegant and charming.
Premise Environment
This section will story about the environment of the premises. During the internship period, the area where this boutique is located is very good because it is in the middle of the city as well and there are many shops around it among which there are many boutiques that are in this neighborhood as well for example Mek Kembang Cotton, Deenara and many more.
Apart from that, there is also Wisma Bangi Gateway which consists of many booths that are open inside and suitable to be visited to find baju raya or more in it and the price is reasonable.
Moreover, the environment is good, only the parking is quite limited for the free ones and only the paid ones stay and it's a bit far to go to this Fab Outlet boutique compared to the free ones. I'm sure, even before this internship when there is a public holiday will be busy in this boutique area because of the crowds and the road is a bit narrow.
Recently, even before the end of the internship, I had trouble getting parking as before the holidays. Many customers are waiting even though it's time to open the store again so that's why it's quite difficult for me to get parking.
Besides, there is a bazaar at the front by the main road to facilitate the workers and residents there to buy food especially for iftar. However, the same problem is that parking is difficults and many people make the area so crowded.
